Creative Project

This week I am working on a creative personal project. I am trying to decide on a theme. At first I was thinking about the coffee roasting that I do at home and try to portray that in an interesting and artful way. So I did some googling and found this really awesome photo of a drop of milk and wondered if I could reproduce it. 

Then I found this image which I really like because of the different direction of the spoons, the messiness of it and the different colors and textures of the herbs and spices. I don't have different spoons at home. I know some people do, like my mom. I had to go to the thrift store and see if they had some interesting spoons. Other than that the only thing this shot required was some seeds and flowers. I also think the backdrop is important because in this shot it makes it look like something from India or some other Asian nation.
